Independently researched rankings of the best wellness resorts for kidney health and kidney wellness, from the shores of Lake Geneva to the spa colonnades of Bohemia and the hills of central Slovakia.

Unveil the treasured sanctuaries of kidney health wellness resorts, where centuries-old mineral springs meet the care of a spa doctor. Our team reviews each resort carefully, reading the resorts' own pages rather than what others say about them, and focuses on wellness criteria that blend traditional and modern practice into a stay built around rest, water, movement and medical guidance.
We see through the online noise with laser-focused clarity, allowing you to enjoy your best wellness journey effortlessly. Here you will find the world's top destinations for kidney wellness, urinary health and the classic European drinking cure in one place.
Your kidneys filter about 180 litres of blood plasma a day, balancing water, salts and acids and clearing waste into the urine. Healthy kidneys need no cleansing, and kidney health depends largely on everyday things: blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, not smoking, and care with painkillers and supplements. Kidney disease is common and usually causes no symptoms at first, so if you have diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease or a family history of kidney disease, ask your doctor about a simple blood and urine check. For people prone to kidney stones, one habit matters above all: drinking enough to pass at least two litres of urine a day, which is one of the best ways to help prevent new stones. Central Europe has its own tradition of kidney wellness, the spa cure, in which a spa doctor examines you and prescribes baths, treatments and measured glasses of mineral water from local springs. Mariánské Lázně in western Bohemia has long been associated with kidney and urinary complaints, among many others, and its leading spa hotels now pair the cure with blood and urine tests, doctor's examinations and a written report; the Slovak spa town of Turčianske Teplice lists kidney and urinary disease among its indications; and at Évian-les-Bains on Lake Geneva, the town's thermal centre runs France's three-week medical cure for urinary conditions. We searched the world's spa towns and wellness resorts in fifteen languages and found no resort that runs a dedicated kidney programme: kidney disease is cared for by kidney doctors, and the old urinary cures survive mostly as outpatient treatment. So this guide ranks first the resorts whose own pages name kidney or urinary health in doctor-prescribed stays, then the two best near-fits, each with a plain note on what it lacks; it says plainly how little is known about specific spring waters, and warns who should not take a drinking cure. For the spa cure's other great tradition, see our liver health guide.
With so many accommodations on the wellness bandwagon these days, true independent, thorough, specialized data is more important than ever. "Kidney detox" and "kidney flush" turn up on many wellness menus, yet almost no resort says plainly what it offers for the kidneys. We searched the spa towns of the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey in their own languages, along with Japan's onsen towns, Ayurvedic resorts in India and integrative resorts in Asia, the Gulf and the Americas, and read the shortlisted resorts' own pages. Four resorts name the kidneys or the urinary tract in doctor-prescribed stays and meet our standard in full. The other two are the best near-fits we found: France's three-week urinary cure at Évian, booked separately from a palace hotel on Lake Geneva, and a Mariánské Lázně hotel with priced, doctor-led kidney stays, and each of their cards says plainly what it lacks. For kidney wellness we ranked depth first: a doctor's examination and prescription, tests, a report and follow-up, then clear safety limits and value. We do not repeat claims that spring waters dissolve stones or cure disease, or that a spa treats acute kidney problems.
Welcome to the quiet world of kidney health wellness resorts, where the old European art of taking the waters meets the care of a spa doctor. In Mariánské Lázně, among colonnades and forested hills, guests have walked to the springs for two centuries to drink measured glasses of mineral water, many of them for kidney and urinary complaints. Today a grand Neo-Renaissance spa house there adds blood and urine tests and a doctor's report, an Art Nouveau resort draws on its own Alexandra spring, a classic spa hotel keeps the old cure alive on the main street, and a hotel with views over the town offers doctor-led weeks of spa treatments. In central Slovakia, warm springs first recorded more than seven hundred years ago feed the baths of Turčianske Teplice. On the French shore of Lake Geneva, a palace hotel looks down on Évian-les-Bains, whose thermal centre still runs a three-week urinary cure. One shared aim runs through them all: kidney wellness built on rest, water, movement and medical guidance, and habits worth keeping at home.
Type: Health Retreat and Spa Cure
Address: Reitenbergerova 53/2, 353 01 Mariánské Lázně, Czech Republic; +420 354 644 111
Stay options: Personalized Health Retreat, four nights or more, full board; Intensive Spa, seven nights or more, half board, with a final examination and medical report on stays of fourteen nights or more
What the hotel's treatments are designed for: in Ensana's words, the hotel's mineral water drinking cure is suitable for chronic kidney and urinary tract disorders and its carbon dioxide baths are advisable for kidney and urinary tract disorders; Ensana adds that Marienbad spa doctors have been treating urinary tract problems for over a century.
Ensana Nové Lázně is a five-star Neo-Renaissance spa hotel at the heart of Mariánské Lázně, with ninety-seven rooms and suites and its own Roman baths, drawing on the town's natural mineral springs, peat and carbon dioxide. Its Personalized Health Retreat, four nights or more on full board, begins with a medical consultation online before you arrive, then brings blood and urine tests, an ECG and a body composition analysis, a first examination with the spa doctor, a review of your results, a nutrition consultation and treatments prescribed by the doctor, and ends with a final examination, a detailed medical report and an online consultation after you leave. For a longer cure, the Intensive Spa brings a medical check, a basic laboratory test and four prescribed treatments a night, with a final examination and report on stays of two weeks or more.
The tests, the doctor's reviews and the written report give a measured starting point for kidney wellness at home, and the hotel is unusually frank about limits: its drinking cure is not for anyone with kidney stone pain (renal colic) or severe kidney failure, Ensana says anyone on dialysis must avoid drinking cures and that they cannot dissolve kidney stones, and the amount and the spring are for the spa doctor to set. If you have chronic kidney disease, a transplant or heart failure, follow the advice in Read This First above before you book. The retreat also uses a "Max Pulse" device, which is poorly validated: rely on the blood and urine tests and the ECG. The Intensive Spa is written for muscle, joint and post-operative conditions, so tell the doctor that kidney and urinary health is your focus. Ensana also describes carbon dioxide gas injections in Mariánské Lázně (see the medical procedures section above); ask whether your plan includes them, and decline them if you prefer.
The Personalized Health Retreat is listed from €305 and the Intensive Spa from €236, both per person a night on the hotel's offers page (operator site; the retreat's own page gives no unit, so confirm when booking); the retreat includes full board, the consultations before, during and after the stay, the tests and the prescribed treatments. Type: Spa Cure (Treatment Alexandra or Intensive Cure)
Address: Ruská 123, 353 01 Mariánské Lázně, Czech Republic; +420 354 929 399
Stay options: Treatment Alexandra, eighteen treatments a week; Intensive cure, twenty-two treatments a week; both with full board, booked by the week (ask the minimum stay)
What the cures are designed for: in the resort's words, its kidneys and urinary tract indications are chronic bladder infections, incontinence, aftercare after urological operations, urinary and kidney stones and follow-up treatment after kidney transplantation.
The Falkensteiner Spa Resort is a five-star resort in an Art Nouveau building about a century old in Mariánské Lázně, with hiking trails into the Kaiserwald and its own Alexandra mineral spring and an Acquapura Spa of themed pools, including the town's only heated outdoor pool. Its chief physician, Dr Magdalena Kozlovská, holds certificates in general medicine, physiatry and balneology, and leads a team of nurses, physiotherapists and hydrotherapists. Treatment Alexandra brings an initial and a final examination by the hotel doctor, an ECG and a blood test, an individual treatment plan and eighteen treatments a week; the Intensive cure brings initial, control and final examinations, complex diagnostics and twenty-two treatments a week. For the kidneys and urinary tract the resort lists treatments such as pulsating magnetic therapy, ultrasound, diathermy, dry carbon dioxide baths and physiotherapy, with a drinking cure from the Alexandra spring as the doctor recommends.
Few resorts anywhere name so many kidney and urinary conditions, and the doctor's examinations at the start and end give the week a medical frame. The resort's lines on improving kidney function are tradition rather than tested science and are not repeated here. Its list of conditions that rule out a cure does not mention kidney failure, and it offers to help book dialysis in the town: if your kidney function is reduced or you are on dialysis, plan with your own kidney team and skip the drinking cure unless your nephrologist agrees. Some of the resort's other spa packages include carbon dioxide or "biostimulant" injections; they are not part of these cures, and you can decline them.
Falkensteiner publishes no prices for its cures, and no cure package was bookable online when we checked in October 2026, so ask the resort for a quote and dates. Official website: falkensteiner.com.
Type: Medical Spa Stay
Address: SNP 519, 039 12 Turčianske Teplice, Slovakia; +421 43 4913 000
Stay options: Klasik Medical Spa or GOLD Klasik, seven nights or more; Hotel Royal Palace or the Veľká Fatra spa houses
What the stay is designed for: in the spa's words, kidney and urinary tract diseases, one of its indication groups alongside musculoskeletal, nervous and digestive diseases, with urological conditions among those its water is used for.
Turčianske Teplice is one of Slovakia's oldest spa towns, ringed by the Veľká Fatra, Malá Fatra, Žiar and Kremnica mountains, where warm springs were first recorded in 1281. Its spa, run by Slovenské liečebné kúpele Turčianske Teplice, offers the five-star Hotel Royal Palace and the four- and three-star Veľká Fatra spa houses, a historic spa park and a year-round thermal pool and aquapark with water at about 38°C. The Klasik Medical Spa stay, seven nights or more, brings an entrance medical examination, an individual treatment programme and twenty-one procedures, with the town's thermal water used for baths and drinking therapy; GOLD Klasik adds breakfast in the room and VIP extras.
A physician's examination and a full week of prescribed treatments make this a proper spa cure at a modest price, and the warm water is a pleasure in any season. The spa names kidneys only in a heading and lists no tests, so bring your recent blood and urine results. The spa's claims about which stones its water suits are not ones we repeat; anyone with stones should follow their own urologist's advice on fluids and diet.
The Klasik Medical Spa is offered from €104 a night and GOLD Klasik from €140 a night, both for seven nights or more, with the entrance examination, twenty-one procedures and spa and aquapark entry (operator site); the spa does not say whether these are per person or per room or which hotel they apply to, so ask. Official website: therme.sk.
Type: Classic Spa Treatment Stay
Address: Hlavní třída 61, 353 01 Mariánské Lázně, Czech Republic; +420 354 610 146
Stay options: Classic treatment with one, two or three prescribed treatments a night, from four nights
What the stay is designed for: in the hotel's words, its Classic treatment packages are aimed at problems of the urinary system, alongside circulatory, digestive, metabolic and endocrine, respiratory and musculoskeletal problems.
OREA Spa Hotel Cristal stands in the heart of Mariánské Lázně, the Bohemian spa town long associated with kidney and urinary complaints, with eighty-six rooms and two mineral springs of its own. Its Classic treatment packages begin with an initial medical examination, then bring one, two or three treatments a night prescribed by the spa doctor, a drinking cure from the hotel's springs, one laboratory analysis, if the doctor recommends it, on stays of twelve nights or more, half board, and a pool, whirlpool and sauna. The amount of water you drink is set by the doctor.
A spa doctor's examination, prescribed treatments and the routine of walking, resting and drinking well are the real value here, in a town designed for exactly that; no final examination, report or follow-up is listed, so ask the doctor for a written summary to take home. The hotel's description of its waters gently regulating the kidneys is tradition rather than tested science, and the drinking cure needs your own doctor's agreement if your fluid or salt intake must be limited. Its sister hotel, OREA Spa Hotel Bohemia, a short walk along the same main street, sells similar Classic packages with one or two treatments a night, though its package pages do not list the drinking cure or laboratory analysis.
OREA publishes no prices for its Classic treatment packages; ask the hotel for current rates. Official website: orea.cz.
Type: Urinary Medical Cure at Les Thermes evian (booked separately)
Address: Hôtel Royal, 960 Avenue du Léman, 74500 Neuvecelle (Évian-les-Bains), France; +33 4 50 26 50 50. Les Thermes evian, Place de la Libération, 74500 Évian-les-Bains; +33 4 50 75 02 30
Stay options: the urinary medical cure at Les Thermes evian, eighteen days of treatment, Monday to Saturday (a three-week stay), booked with the Thermes; a room at Hôtel Royal (five stars) or Hôtel Ermitage (four stars), booked separately with Evian Resort
What the cure is designed for: in the Thermes' words, a diuresis cure of drinking the water, alongside water treatments, aimed at kidney and urinary function, for urinary tract stones, recurrent upper and lower urinary infections (recurrent pyelonephritis and cystitis), chronic prostatitis, and aftercare after urological surgery and after lithotripsy.
Hôtel Royal is a five-star hotel with Palace status in the Evian Resort, set between the foothills of the Alps and Lake Geneva above Évian-les-Bains, with the evian SPA and its infinity-edge pool, and Les Fresques, a restaurant with a Michelin star. About five minutes away in the town, Les Thermes evian runs France's medical cure for urinary conditions. A thermal doctor in the town examines you by the Monday you arrive and prescribes the treatments; then come eighteen days of treatment, Monday to Saturday, in the mornings: a diuresis cure, drinking the water as prescribed, and 72 sessions of approved water treatments, given by state-qualified hydrotherapists with a nurse, a dietitian and a physiotherapist in support. If the doctor prescribes a second focus, such as digestive and metabolic care, 36 further sessions are added.
What to know: the eighteen-day urinary cure is run by Les Thermes evian, five minutes from the hotel, and is booked separately from your room; it is a French medical cure designed for the national health system, with morning treatments Monday to Saturday and no tests listed. Three weeks is the longest stay on this page, and the habit of drinking well is the part with good evidence behind it; the specific benefit of the water is not well studied, and the Thermes' lines on what its cures treat are not repeated here. Urinary infections and stone pain need a doctor first: the cure is for the weeks between episodes, with your own doctor's agreement, and the cure document lists severe kidney insufficiency among the conditions that rule it out. Bring your recent blood and urine results and any stone analysis.
The Thermes publish no cure prices: tariffs are set by the French social security system, so private guests should ask Les Thermes evian for a private price and the dates; a 2023 cure document from the Évian tourist office adds a supplement billed on arrival and a 70 euro deposit, refundable with a month's notice (ask for the current terms). Rooms at Hôtel Royal, or at the four-star Hôtel Ermitage, are booked separately with Evian Resort; ask the hotel for rates. Official websites: hotel-royal.evianresort.com and lesthermesevian.com.

Type: Doctor-Led Spa Stay
Address: Lesní 345, 353 01 Mariánské Lázně, Czech Republic; +420 354 618 111
Stay options: Try out cure, Preventive Programm or Complex treatment, seven nights or more; full board on the Complex treatment
What the stays are designed for: kidney and urinary tract diseases, in the words of the ROYAL SPA group's page that lists these three stays; the group also names urological problems among the health concerns it serves.
ROYAL Mariánské Lázně is a four-star spa hotel of the ROYAL SPA group, near the centre of Mariánské Lázně with panoramic views over the town, its own mineral spring and a wellness and fitness centre with a pool, whirlpool and steam bath. The group's page for kidney and urinary tract diseases lists three seven-night stays: the Try out cure, with a medical consultation and up to eight spa treatments; the Preventive Programm, with a consultation and up to fourteen; and the Complex treatment, with full board, a medical examination and up to twenty spa treatments prescribed by a physician. The group's medical team page names an internist at the hotel, MUDr. Vítězslava Knedlíková, who also holds qualifications in rehabilitation and physical medicine, myoskeletal medicine and acupuncture.
What to know: its kidney page says it treats renal colic and acute infections; those need a doctor or hospital first, so book only a calm stay your own doctor agrees to. The packages list a doctor and spa treatments but no tests, drinking cure or follow-up, and no urologist or nephrologist is named, so bring your recent blood and urine results. The group's page also says patients on dialysis can be treated by prior arrangement with the town's dialysis centre; plan any dialysis with your own kidney team, and do not take a drinking cure while on dialysis.
The Try out cure is listed from €630, the Preventive Programm from €686 and the Complex treatment from €735, each per person for seven nights (operator site); the Complex treatment, with full board, the examination and up to twenty treatments, is shown at €588 from 1 to 14 November 2026 and €504 from 15 November to 13 December 2026, but the page's offer dates do not match its price table, so confirm the price when booking. A local fee and parking are extra. Official website: royalmarienbad.cz.
Ensana Nové Lázně is the grand Neo-Renaissance spa hotel at the centre of Mariánské Lázně, with ninety-seven rooms and suites, Roman baths and the town's mineral springs on the doorstep. Its Personalized Health Retreat starts with an online consultation, brings blood and urine tests, an ECG and examinations with the spa doctor, and ends with a medical report and an online follow-up; the Intensive Spa offers a longer cure with a final report after two weeks. Among kidney health wellness resorts it is the one for a five-star spa with a proper check-up and clearly stated limits.
The Falkensteiner Spa Resort occupies an Art Nouveau building in Mariánské Lázně, with its own Alexandra spring, themed pools and the town's only heated outdoor pool. A chief physician trained in balneology examines you at the start and end of a week of eighteen or twenty-two prescribed treatments, with a drinking cure from the resort's spring and the Kaiserwald trails beyond the door. Among kidney health wellness resorts it is the one for a five-star cure whose own pages name the widest range of urinary conditions.
Turčianske Teplice lies in a green valley of central Slovakia, its historic spa park and warm springs ringed by the Veľká Fatra, Malá Fatra, Žiar and Kremnica mountains. A week's Klasik Medical Spa pairs a physician's examination with twenty-one prescribed treatments and the thermal pools. Among kidney health wellness resorts it is the one for a physician-guided thermal cure at a modest price.
OREA Spa Hotel Cristal sits on the main street of Mariánské Lázně, a short walk from the colonnade, the singing fountain and the forest trails that climb from the town. Its spa doctors prescribe treatments and a drinking cure from the hotel's own springs, in a town long associated with urinary complaints. Among kidney health wellness resorts it is the one for a classic Bohemian spa cure.
Hôtel Royal stands in the grounds of the Evian Resort above Évian-les-Bains, between the Alpine foothills and Lake Geneva: a five-star hotel with Palace status, the evian SPA with its infinity-edge pool, and Michelin-starred dining at Les Fresques. About five minutes away in the town, Les Thermes evian runs France's medical cure for urinary conditions: a thermal doctor's prescription, a diuresis cure of drinking the water and 72 sessions of water treatments over eighteen mornings, Monday to Saturday. The cure is booked separately from the room, is built for France's national health system and lists no tests, so ask for a private price. Among kidney health wellness resorts it is the one for a three-week French urinary cure with a palace hotel on the lake.
ROYAL Mariánské Lázně is a four-star spa hotel near the centre of Mariánské Lázně, with views over the town, its own mineral spring and a wellness centre with a pool, whirlpool and steam bath. Its group lists three seven-night stays on its page for kidney and urinary tract diseases, each with a doctor's examination or consultation and up to eight, fourteen or twenty prescribed spa treatments, the longest with full board, at published prices from €630 to €735 per person. No tests are listed, and its page's wording on acute problems is not one we repeat: stone pain and infections need a doctor first. Among kidney health wellness resorts it is the one for a priced, doctor-led spa week once your own doctor agrees.
A five-star Neo-Renaissance spa hotel in Mariánské Lázně, with blood and urine tests, a doctor's report and a drinking cure the spa doctor guides.
Ensana Nové Lázně is a five-star spa hotel in the centre of Mariánské Lázně, with ninety-seven rooms and suites, Roman baths and the town's mineral springs. In Ensana's words, the hotel's drinking cure is suitable for chronic kidney and urinary tract disorders and its carbon dioxide baths are advisable for kidney and urinary tract disorders. Its Personalized Health Retreat brings a consultation before the stay, blood and urine tests, an ECG, examinations with the spa doctor, a nutrition consultation, prescribed treatments, a final medical report and an online follow-up; the Intensive Spa offers a longer cure with a final report from two weeks.
On the evidence. A doctor's check with blood and urine tests is useful, and drinking enough to pass at least two litres of urine a day helps prevent kidney stones; the specific benefit of spring waters is not well studied, and Ensana itself says drinking cures cannot dissolve kidney stones. The retreat's "Max Pulse" reading is poorly validated; the blood and urine tests and the ECG matter more.

A five-star palace hotel above Lake Geneva, paired with France's three-week urinary medical cure at Les Thermes evian, booked separately.
Hôtel Royal is a five-star hotel with Palace status in the Evian Resort, between the foothills of the Alps and Lake Geneva above Évian-les-Bains. About five minutes away in the town, Les Thermes evian runs France's medical cure for urinary conditions: eighteen days of treatment, Monday to Saturday, pairing water treatments with a diuresis cure of drinking the water, aimed in the Thermes' words at kidney and urinary function. The cure's indications include urinary tract stones, recurrent upper and lower urinary infections, chronic prostatitis, and aftercare after urological surgery or lithotripsy. A thermal doctor in the town examines you and prescribes the treatments, which state-qualified hydrotherapists give with a nurse, a dietitian and a physiotherapist in support. What to know: the cure is booked separately from your room; it is a French medical cure designed for the national health system, with morning treatments Monday to Saturday and no tests listed, and its private price is not published, so ask.
On the evidence. Drinking enough to pass at least two litres of urine a day helps prevent kidney stones, and a diuresis cure builds that habit; the specific benefit of the evian water and of hydrotherapy for the kidneys is not well studied, and the Thermes' lines on what its cures treat are not repeated here.
Setting: The Evian Resort's grounds above Évian-les-Bains, between the foothills of the Alps and Lake Geneva; Les Thermes evian is in the town, on Place de la Libération, about five minutes away.
Treatments include:
Water & Wellness Facilities:
Tell the thermal doctor about any kidney, heart or blood pressure condition at the first examination; the cure document lists severe kidney insufficiency, severe uncontrolled high blood pressure and poor general health among the conditions that rule the cure out.
Wellness programmes include:
What the cure is designed for, in the Thermes' words:
What a stay involves:
Active urinary infections, fever and stone pain need a doctor first; the cure is for the weeks between episodes, with your own doctor's agreement. Bring your recent blood and urine results, any stone analysis and a list of your medicines.
Additional Activities:
Four places to eat at Hôtel Royal; meals are not part of the cure, so ask the hotel what your room rate includes.
Dining atmosphere: Belle Époque grandeur, with a dietitian at the Thermes for advice during the cure.
Accommodations:
Service Approach: Palace hotel service at the resort; the medical side sits with your thermal doctor and the Thermes team in the town.
Estimated Pricing & Value:
Pricing is not published for private guests; ask Les Thermes evian (+33 4 50 75 02 30) for the cure and Evian Resort (+33 4 50 26 50 50) for the room.
Included: In the cure, the diuresis cure and 72 sessions of approved water treatments over eighteen days; the thermal doctor is seen separately in the town (ask about the doctor's fee), and the room and meals are booked with the hotel.
FAQ:
Is this a kidney programme?
It is France's medical cure for urinary conditions, run by Les Thermes evian rather than the hotel; the hotel provides the room.
Can I book the hotel and the cure together?
No package was found on the operators' pages: book the room with Evian Resort and the cure with Les Thermes evian; the 2023 cure document says arrivals are on Mondays.
Can visitors from outside France take the cure?
The cure is built for France's national health system, which sets its tariffs; ask the Thermes for a private price and the season's dates.

A four-star spa hotel in Mariánské Lázně with priced, doctor-led weeks of spa treatments and its own mineral spring.
ROYAL Mariánské Lázně is a four-star spa hotel of the ROYAL SPA group, near the centre of Mariánské Lázně with views over the town and its own mineral spring. The group's page for kidney and urinary tract diseases lists three seven-night stays at the hotel: the Try out cure, with a medical consultation and up to eight spa treatments; the Preventive Programm, with a consultation and up to fourteen; and the Complex treatment, with full board, a medical examination and up to twenty spa treatments prescribed by a physician. What to know: its kidney page says it treats renal colic and acute infections; those need a doctor or hospital first, so book only a calm stay your own doctor agrees to. The packages list a doctor and spa treatments but no tests.
On the evidence. A doctor's examination, rest and movement are the real value of a spa week; drinking enough to pass at least two litres of urine a day helps prevent kidney stones, but the specific benefit of spring waters and spa treatments for the kidneys is not well studied, and the group's lines on what it treats are not repeated here.
Setting: Near the centre of Mariánské Lázně, with panoramic views over the West Bohemian spa town and its forested hills.
Treatments include:
Water & Wellness Facilities:
Tell the doctor about any kidney, heart or blood pressure condition at the first examination; no list of conditions that rule out treatment is published, and anyone on dialysis should not take a drinking cure.

What the stays are designed for, in the group's words:
What a stay involves:
Renal colic, fever, blood in the urine or an active urinary infection need a doctor or hospital first, whatever any spa page says; come only for a calm stay your own doctor agrees to, and bring your recent blood and urine results and a list of your medicines. No tests are listed, and the group's page says patients on dialysis can be treated by prior arrangement with the town's dialysis centre: plan any dialysis with your own kidney team.
Additional Activities:
Full board on the Complex treatment: a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with several menu choices, plus à la carte dining.
Dining atmosphere: Traditional spa-hotel dining, with a restaurant and café.
Accommodations:
Service Approach: A spa hotel with its own medical staff; the group's medical team page names MUDr. Vítězslava Knedlíková (internal medicine, rehabilitation and physical medicine, myoskeletal medicine and acupuncture) at ROYAL Mariánské Lázně. No urologist or nephrologist is named.
Estimated Pricing & Value:
Pricing is indicative: the Complex treatment page's offer dates do not match its price table, so confirm the price and what it includes when booking.
Included: In the Complex treatment, seven nights' accommodation, full board, a medical examination, up to twenty spa treatments prescribed by a physician and use of the wellness and fitness centre.
