This disclosure is provided in line with the Federal Trade Commission's 16 CFR Part 255, “Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising”. Those rules require the disclosure of material connections between a publisher and the products or services it recommends. As of the effective date above, we have no such connections to disclose.

Our Current Position

WellnessResorts.org is operated by Epic Apex LLC. The site is in its build phase and is not yet monetised. Specifically, as of the date above:

• We are not enrolled in any affiliate or commission programme, with any resort, hotel group or booking platform.
• We do not receive payment, free stays, hosted visits or any other consideration from the properties we list.
• We do not sell, offer or accept payment for inclusion, ranking position, awards or recognition of any kind.
• No display advertising is currently served on this site.
• Every outbound link on this site is a plain editorial link. None is a tracked affiliate link.

How We Intend to Fund the Site

Display advertising

We intend to fund the site through third-party display advertising, most likely Google AdSense. When advertising is introduced, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this and other websites. Visitors can opt out of personalised advertising through Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info. Our Privacy Policy sets out how advertising cookies work.

Affiliate partnerships in future

We may in future join affiliate or booking-commission programmes. If and when we do:

• This page will be updated before any affiliate link is published.
• Affiliate links will carry the rel="sponsored" attribute, as Google requires.
• Affected pages will carry a clear disclosure.
• Commission rates will play no part in which properties we list or how we rank them.

Why This Matters for Our Rankings

Our Apex 6 selections are made independently, because at present there is no commercial relationship that could influence them. Properties are researched and verified by us; every official website we link to is opened and checked before publication. We have removed properties from this site after finding that they had closed, changed hands, or that their former web address had been taken over by an unrelated operator.

Should we later earn commission from any property we rank, that relationship will be disclosed on the page where it applies, not only here.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your data to data brokers.
• We do not share your email address with third-party marketers.
• We do not build advertising profiles about you.
• We do not accept payment for inclusion, ranking, or awards.
• We do not publish sponsored content presented as editorial.
